6.     Confirmation of registration of products

Producer (importer) that duly has paid the registration fees in time will receive confirmation of the payment and written confirmation that the Consumer Agency will process the request for registration of the products. When the Consumer Agency has reviewed and processed the registration the submitter will receive a written confirmation that all conditions for registration have been met and the product can be marketed in Iceland. The date of submission can be the date of payment of fee if all data and information was sufficient and correct.
